Eight Adore projects are being built right now. Buying a flat or plot under construction usually costs less than a finished one, and you pay in stages. This page shows what is on offer and how to protect yourself.
These are projects where the foundation is laid or the towers are rising, but homes have not been handed over. Adore's own project list marks Select Premia, Presidential World, The Legend 3, Prosperity Homes, Select Premia (Gurugram), Happy Homes Exclusive Phase 2 and Adore Ananda as under construction, and portals place ABC Adore Business City in the same group.
They cover Faridabad, Sector 77 in Gurugram and Sector 35 in Sohna, and range from 1 BHK flats to 4 BHK homes and large plots.

Dates come from project pages and may change. The RERA completion date on the portal is the one that counts.

Homes still being built are often priced below finished ones, because you wait for possession.
Money goes out as construction moves, which eases cash flow compared with paying in full.
Several towers still have free units, so you can choose a floor, facing and size.
You can visit and see the slabs going up before you pay the next instalment.
A long build gives time to line up a loan and a down payment.
Quarterly progress and completion dates are public on the Haryana RERA site.
The dates on project pages give a rough order. The Legend 3 is shown for December 2028, Presidential World and The Select Premia (Sector 77, Gurugram) for February 2029, and The Select Premia in Faridabad for May 2029. Ananda is listed by the developer as under construction, while its page shows a date that has passed, so confirm the real status before you book.
For Happy Homes Exclusive Phase 2, Prosperity Homes and ABC Adore Business City, no firm date was found, and we show that openly. In every case, treat a brochure date as a target and the RERA completion date as the legal one.
