This is a much larger site of 52 acres. Portals describe plots of 3,366 to 18,000 sq ft with a small number of flats. Because details differ between portals, ask for the layout plan and the exact plot list before you pay.
Walk the road, look at the neighbouring plots and ask where the nearest water and power connections are. A site visit takes an hour and can save years of regret.
