A new launch is a project that has finished its first approvals and started taking bookings. Right now Adore has five of them in Faridabad: The Select Premia in Sector 76, The Legend 3 in Sector 104, Arpanam in Sector 83, Broadway Residences in Sector 78 and Presidential World in Sector 84.
All five sit in the newer part of the city, where plots are larger and roads are wider than in the old town. All of them have a Haryana RERA number, which is the first thing worth checking before you pay anything.

Early in a launch most towers and floors are still free, so you can choose the view and floor you want.
Handover dates run from December 2028 to January 2030, so payments are spread over several years.
A registered project must keep its stated plan and timeline on the Haryana RERA portal.
Buying before a tower is built can cost less than buying at handover, though prices can also fall. No gain is promised.
A multi-year build gives you time to sort finance and a down payment without rushing.
New launches use current layouts: bigger balconies, clubhouse blocks and walking tracks.
The launches are spread across five sectors. Knowing what is around each one makes the shortlist much easier.
This is the luxury end. The site is 5.48 acres near the Faridabad Bypass Road, and the project page puts KMP Expressway about 4 km away. Homes are 4 BHK only, from 3,200 sq ft.
Both are in Bhatola village. Arpanam has two towers and 238 homes of about 1,900 sq ft, while Broadway Residences has two 19-floor towers with 141 homes of about 2,100 sq ft. Several hospitals, including Arsh, Noble, Park and Sarvodaya, are listed near Broadway.
