Happy Homes is the name Adore uses for its low-cost flats in Faridabad's Sectors 75, 85 and 86. Several of those towers are listed by the developer as already delivered, so this page leaves them out and focuses on what you can still buy off-plan: Happy Homes Exclusive Phase 2, Adore Ananda, Samriddhi, Prima in Sector 73 and Prosperity Homes in Sohna.
These homes are small by design, so the carpet area, floor and tower matter more than the headline price. Always ask for the exact numbers.
