Big sites give room for wide roads, parks, clubhouses and schools nearby. These five Adore projects are the largest we found, from an 8-acre plotted colony to a 52-acre business township.
Adore does not use the word township for every project, so we use a simple rule: a site of about eight acres or more with its own amenities and mixed uses. Five projects meet it, in Faridabad and in Sector 77, Gurugram.
Larger sites usually have more green space and a bigger clubhouse. They also take longer to finish, so handover dates deserve a closer look.

Presidential World lists a clubhouse, kids pool and nature walkway. The Sector 84 plan names a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse.
A wide internal road network eases traffic inside the gates.
More towers means more sizes and floors to choose from.
A larger neighbourhood supports events, sports and daily needs.
Mixed-use sites can add shops and services over time.
Big sites are built in phases. Make sure the phase you buy has its own RERA number and date.
Facilities such as clubs and retail may arrive after the first towers are handed over.
Some large sites are far from older markets. Check the real travel time at peak hours.
A big clubhouse and gardens cost money to run. Ask for the expected monthly charge.
