Five Adore projects are announced but not fully open: Legend and Sector 84, two Prima towers and Samriddhi. Here is what is known so far, what is still missing, and how to be first in line for prices and RERA numbers.
In a pre-launch phase a developer announces a project and collects interest, but the final price list, floor plans or RERA number may not be out yet. Adore has five such projects in Faridabad: Adore Legend and Adore Sector 84 (both Sector 84), Adore Prima in Sectors 72 and 73, and Adore Samriddhi in Sector 89.
Because the details are still moving, this page tells you plainly which facts are firm and which are missing.

Early registrants usually see the inventory first and can choose tower, floor and facing.
Opening rates are sometimes lower than later phases, although this is never guaranteed.
Sizes, prices and dates are not final until the project is registered and the agreement is signed.
Adore Legend, Sector 84 and Prima list approval as in process, so do not pay large sums until a RERA number exists.

Prima mixes 2 BHK and 4 BHK flats. The Sector 72 page lists about 1,000 to 1,600 sq ft and the Sector 73 page lists about 521 to 909 sq ft, so ask which tower and phase you are being quoted. Mathura Road is about 2 km away and possession is planned for May 2029.
A 2 BHK project of 570 to 645 sq ft. The page lists Sohna Road about 7 km, Neharpar about 5 km and Metro Hospital about 5 km away. Amenities include a community hall, kids pool and rainwater harvesting.
